Refunds
- Cancelled Events
If I cancel an event I will send you a message offering a refund or credit for a future event. If I do not hear from you in three (3) days I will automatically issue a refund. - Rescheduled Events
If I reschedule an event I will send you a message offering a refund or the option to transfer to another event. If I do not hear from you in three (3) days I will automatically issue a refund.
Refunds will not be offered for any other reasons.
Event Credits

If you notify me at least one (1) hour prior to the event and no other exclusions apply you can carry the payment to a future event. - Physical / In Person Events
If you notify me at least three (3) hours prior to the event and no other exclusions apply you can carry the payment to a future event.

If you do not show up for an event you are signed up for and / or you do not notify me ahead of time you are not eligible for a credit or refund. - Minimum Seating Events
If your cancellation puts me under my minimum to cover event expenses (location or professional guest), you are not eligible for credit unless the seat is filled. - Limited Seating Events
If an event is limited and sold out, you are not eligible for credit unless the seat is filled.

- All credits are good for one (1) year from the date of the event.
